Justeen Browne

Justeen is a paralegal in Lamson & Cutner’s Medicaid department. As a double major student at SUNY University at Buffalo, she received a B.A. in Law, and a B.A. in Social Sciences with a concentration in Legal Studies. She has experience with Medicaid applications, and with rules concerning Medicaid eligibility. Justeen is also a Notary Public.

In her spare time, Justeen enjoys traveling, singing and dancing. She also enjoys exploring the many sights and activities New York City has to offer.

Jack Lippmann

Jack is a senior paralegal, with almost 30 years of experience dealing with Medicaid applications. His wide breadth of knowledge includes Medicaid eligibility, protection of clients’ assets and income, denials and fair hearings, and treatment of reparations in the Medicaid context. Jack is a graduate of Queens College with a degree in Philosophy. He earned his paralegal certificate at Adelphi University. Jack is justly proud of his service with the United States Coast Guard, where he assisted disabled boats and participated in saving lives in our coastal waters. He also worked on the cleanup of oil spills.

Sanford “Sandy” Schwartz

Sandy is a paralegal, and he also assists with office administration. He has joined the firm as a regular employee after working part-time for two and a half years. Before moving from Michigan to New York City, Sandy worked at the Bentley Historical Library, the largest archive in the state. He enjoys working on a wide variety of tasks at the office, and interacting with our clients.

Outside of the office, Sandy maintains an active freelance career as a professional bassoonist. He regularly performs with a wide range of musical ensembles, and has performed at Carnegie Hall. He holds undergraduate and master's degrees in music from Michigan State University and the Mannes School of Music, respectively.
