Key Information:

- Asset ("Resource") Eligibility Levels - INCREASED
- Maximum Home Equity that does not count towards Resources - UNCHANGED
- Income Eligibility Levels - INCREASED
- "Regional Rates" used to calculate the Nursing Home Penalty Period - UNCHANGED
